If your order arrives damaged, you need to call 575.495.BORO (2676) or email email@example.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers for insurance purposes.
If you wish to Change, Cancel or Return your order, there will be a 21% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to Return your order, you must pay shipping and return shipping charges.
Order changes are allowed in very limited circumstances for items of an 'almost-exact' nature/ of very similar SKU and must be done within 3 hours of the original purchase to not incur the 21% restocking fee. All Change Order inquiries thereafter will incur the 21% restocking fee.
An example of this would be if a product is available in multiple colors (at the same price for each color variant), and the incorrect color was purchased. The customer can change the color to that which they desire within 3 hours of the original purchase without any fees.
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 21% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:-Carrier damage
-Product does not match advertising
-Received incorrect product
-Product was an extra item not ordered
Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.
All Pre-Order Items are understood to have a minimum multiple week turn around time. The turn-around time stated for each product or brand is an estimate and is not guaranteed. AllGlass.com is not responsible for any delays that may incur during the pre-order process due to product manufacturer/distributor delays.
All Pre-Order orders are subject to the same Change, Cancel, and Return policies as all other items for sale from AllGlass. Avoidance of the restocking fee is available through the acceptance of store credit.
Any items that have been opened outside of manufacturer packaging (if applicable), handled, used or are not in new original condition will not be refunded.
In order to avoid confusion, please contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. All refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.
