A: AllGlass.com specializes in high-end functional and non-functional glass art. We look to only carry the highest of quality glass art pieces. By majority, this refers to but is not limited to borosilicate glass art produced in the United States of America. In addition to fine glass art, we also carry ancillary non-functional and functional products alike. Certain products may relate or pertain to the tobacco, smoking, alcohol, and/or adult industries.
Q: How old must I be to browse the website and place an order?
A: Although we are a fine art glass gallery and retailer, due to the nature of some of the items we carry in our store, you must be AT LEAST 18 years old to browse our store and to make a purchase. In certain areas, the restricted age to buy relevant products is 21 years old. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are abiding by local laws when making a purchase.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: All major credit cards are accepted by AllGlass.com. This includes VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx.

Q: What are ‘pre-order’ items?
A: AllGlass.com has created and maintained extensive relationships with select top artists and brands in the industry. Pre-Order items are items AllGlass.com has available for customers to order that will be produced especially for that customer once the order is placed. Expected turn-around times are listed on each product’s pre-order page. Although almost every time, your product will be delivered within the specified time range, we cannot guarantee it. At times, you may get your piece sooner than the window if it is produced that quickly. Due to varying factors and our dependency on the artist or manufacturer, slight delays will most likely NEVER occur but we cannot guarantee against it.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As a general rule of thumb, all sales are final unless the customer receives a defective or damage item. Certain items are able to be cancelled with an 18% restocking fee. In each case, please save ALL packaging materials and the included items for insurance purposes. Please review our Return Policy page for more details.

Q: Why am I being charged sales tax?
A: We work with manufacturers and distributors in all 50 states of the USA, giving us a physical presence in all taxable regions.
Q: I have placed an order and now have received a follow-up email/call requesting for additional identification information. Why is this so?
A: Because we are an online store that sells certain age restrictive products, we need to verify the purchaser is of correct age and is indeed the person who’s name is on the credit card for certain purchases.
Q: Does AllGlass.com price match any other glass distributors?
A: AllGlass.com does not price match. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel a price you see on a certain product does not reflect that of the current marketplace and we will look into the issue and keep you informed. We always appreciate any kind of feedback.
Q: Can I change my order after I have made my purchase?
A: You must contact us before 12:00am EST the same day you have placed your order for us to consider a change. Certain items can be changed out with similar items or can be upgraded (and the customer pays the difference). Certain changes may be subject to an 18% restocking fee.

A: In the US, all orders under $200 have a flat rate of $8 and all orders above $200 include FREE shipping.
Q: How are packages sent and labeled?
A: We discreetly send all of our packages in a plain brown box. The shipping label has no indication that your purchase is from AllGlass.com
Q: Is a signature required for my order?
A: Yes, a signature is required for all orders.
Q: What if I need to update or change my shipping information?
A: Please inform us IMMEDIATELY after your purchase. If your order is already fulfilled, you may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees to correctly receive your product.

A: Currently, AllGlass.com ships to USA and CANADA. If you live outside of these countries, please email us and we will assess each purchase on a case-by-case basis.

A: AllGlass.com ships orders on Tuesday and Thursday of each week at approximately 4pm EST. Order processing takes at most 48 hours; during peak holiday times and times when AllGlass has specials going on, we extend that window to 72 hours.
